Integrative Care

The Washington EMS Information System is Washington State's prehospital data repository for electronic patient care records. For more information, visit our Department of Health WEMSIS Companion Site.

Access to electronic prehospital data allows users to assess, evaluate, analyze, and improve the State's EMS system at all levels: local, county, region, and state.

System Login

1. If your service currently uses electronic patient records, contact your software vendor to ensure they are compatible with WEMSIS.
2. Contact us at wemsis@doh.wa.gov.  Be prepared to provide some staff and service related information.  Once we activate your account, we will provide you with a password.
3. Log in and familiarize yourself with WEMSIS.
